Twinkle twinkle little star
Those words eco in my mind
I see the memory of you
And the tiny girl you left behind
Star light star bright
I hear that song so clear
We used to sing it every night
But now you're no longer here
Gazing out the window
Eyes drawn to the sky
I think of the wooden bench
And sadly wonder why
Why daddy did you put drink first
Destroy the love of your wife
Tear apart your children
And throw away your life
You had it all
A perfect family of five
But you killed that bond
Yet we still survived
Where are you now
Do you live in regret
Or are you unaware
Drunk everyday I bet
But look at me now
The little girl all gone
She doesn't have a daddy
Just a special little song.
